    ANTIQUE PAIR 1934 WISCONSIN ISSUED LICENSE PLATES #
    510-865
    VINTAGE RARE
    ORIGINAL, UNRETOUCHED CONDITION
    This is a pair of 1934 Wisconsin state issued License Plates # 510-865. It is hard to find a pair of plates; many sellers have sold the pairs separately as single plates.
    The plates are all original, unrestored, and unretouched with no extra holes. They are mostly flat and the edges are mostly straight. They have discoloration and rust.
    One license plate (top plate in picture) has a dent under the second “s” in Wisconsin. The second plate (bottom plate in picture) has a dent at the top right and a split in the mounting hole, above the last two plate numbers. The top left mounting hole is worn and enlarged, but not split.

    Wisconsin began using a higher plate size and the full state name “Wisconsin” at the top of the license plates in 1932.
