    Description

This is a signed and numbered screen print gigposter for Queens of the Stone Age's Wednesday September 25, 2002 show at the New Orleans House of Blues, by Artist Craig Brumfield, no opening act credited. This is print #6 of 30, looks like 7 or 8 colors.
I did a lot of album and promotional art for the band Eagles of Death Metal since before their 1st record Peace Love Death Metal in 2004. Early on I did a lot of stuff for not much compensation but I got some nice perks. At some point around 2004 or 05 Jesse Hughes, the singer of EODM, gifted me a bunch of QOTSA posters that he got from Josh Homme. They were mostly posters by EMEK, Jermaine Rogers & Justin Hampton, done as a collaboration for QOTSA's tour for Songs for the Deaf that ran from 2002-2004. Those artists collectively called this collaboration P.N.E. "Post Neo Explosionism". There were a handful of other artist's posters from the tour as well, from other cities- this is one of those. So this poster came from a pile of posters that Queens of the Stone Age / Josh Homme got from all the artists on tour.
