    Description

    All original paint on this 1916 WI plate, but maybe someone touched up the “0” at the top.   No extra holes.   One bend at upper left corner.  I just noticed that the original elongated holes have the tabs on the reverse side where they were folded over.   Never saw that before.  Nice plate overall.
